Hi, I'm Shalah
Founder of Conscious Consulting and creator of the License & Leverage system.
I’ve spent over a decade helping entrepreneurs, educators, and creators package their expertise into offers that sell. Recently that has turned into a strong focus on licensing. With a Masters in Public Administration, programs and curriculum development have been a long term skill of mine. It led me to building a brand around digital products and guide development. I’ve coached clients into 5-figure contracts, district-wide deals, and corporate licensing wins without ads, funnels, or huge teams. This bootcamp is where I teach you exactly how to do the same - live, unfiltered, and hands-on.
But it wasn't always this way...
When I first started selling digital products, I was undercharging and overwhelmed. I knew I had value, but I didn’t have a strategy. I kept building things and hoping they’d sell - and when they did, it was low-ticket and inconsistent.
Things shifted when I realized I didn’t need more products. (This came after developing over 100!) I needed to repackage what I already had. Once I learned how to position my offers for licensing, everything changed. I went from hustling for $27 sales to helping clients close $5K–$50K deals with tools they already created.
Now I teach entrepreneurs how to stop playing small and start licensing with intention. Because once you know how to pitch your offer the right way, one “yes” can change your entire business.
